Traci is the IDEA 2020 Making IT Happen Award winner! Traci has been teaching high school English for 11 years. This year, she took on the role of Director of Innovation at her district, ROWVA CUSD 208. She earned her M.A. in English in 2012, and she is currently an Authorized ISTE Standards Certification Provider. She has a passion for innovation and looking at educational practices through the lens of "Down with status quo!" to make small and large changes that will have a positive impact on her students.
