As a practicing school librarian of 15 years, Natalie Hoyle Ross continues to be passionate about reading and learning and is thrilled to meet others with a similar love. She is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher with a BA from St. Olaf College, a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), and a Doctorate from Judson University. Natalie's research focuses on reading motivation and is intentional about incorporating a growth mindset with her elementary students at Spring Brook Elementary School in Naperville, IL as well as in her own life. In her free time, she visits public libraries when she travels with her husband, reads children and young adult literature, and ballroom dances.
