Jill Pearce has been an Innovation Coach for Crystal Lake Elementary District 47 since 2014. Prior to this, Jill spent 10 years teaching grades 3-5. During her time in the classroom she piloted 1:1 iPads, a SMART Board and a 21st Century classroom.  Jill has always had a passion for technology and it has been evident in all that she does in and out of the classroom. Within her current role, she supports all members of her district by providing instructional support and professional development on their technology integration needs.  She truly loves helping teachers reach their potential and helping students be successful with various resources and tools.  In addition to being an educator, she is a mom to two daughters, a Disney lover, enjoys traveling to the beach and spending time with her family.
