Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Gather all of your techie students and create monthly newscasts! The T.A.P. program is in its fifth year. They meet once a month after school to learn basic troubleshooting and discuss the new technologies in their school. Now in the fifth year of the T.A.P. program, students are tackling more roles. This year the students are creating two monthly newscasts to broadcast to the entire building once a month. The students are split into a primary and junior high group. They record a newscast based on what is happening in each of their grade levels. They are learning how to use the app TouchCast to create and edit the broadcast. In addition to creating monthly newscasts, students work with teachers in assisting with iPads, apps, classroom computers, and Smart boards. The T.A.P. program allows you to branch out in a way you never could before!
