Researcher Scott Berkun defines *Innovation* as "Significant Positive Change." Our goal as educators is to foster that change within our students and colleagues. We will journey from research to practice to identify the drivers of innovation and magnify how we can nurture our current pockets of excellence into a community of innovation, while looking to address the barriers that exist in the process.
