This session is about Design Thinking, Maker Activities and Tinkering in the Elementary Grades. Our emphasis is on understanding the importance of learning through hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities for young children in the context of modeling and promoting design thinking through play and structured dialog. It's really about the thinking processes and every child should have access to quality experiences and design challenges!
