Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Instructional coaches are collaborators, co-teachers, co-learners, & co-analyzers of data. Participants will hear the story of Megan Ryder's journey from the classroom to an instructional coach in a K-8 district. Strategies for building relationships, staying organized, & supporting both teacher & student growth will be featured in this session. This session will include an optional hands on activity where participants listen, learn, and contribute to the global education community via Twitter. Throughout the presentation, the speaker will pose a question to Twitter. Participants will be encouraged to tweet their responses to these questions to the hashtag #ICE2017coach. Participants will be connected to a global learning community through multiple hashtags. After the session, tweets will be organized in Storify to provide an additional resource for the global education community. Participants should bring their smartphone, tablet, or laptop to participate in the collaborative session. A Twitter account is recommended, but not required.
