Using iPads and Apple's Swift programming to start a coding club! This session will introduce you to Apple's Swift Playgrounds. Swift Playgrounds is a real-time coding language that introduces real coding to students with practical applications. This session will introduce you to Swift, as well as show how we integrated it with programmable robots. We will also share tips, tricks and traps of starting your own coding club. Participants will need an iPad running iOS 10.0 or later and have Swift Playground, iTunesU, & iBooks (all free) downloaded.
