Learn how Read Live uses motivational curriculum on a powerful web technology platform that support fluency, vocabulary, comprehension and phonics for struggling readers. Read Naturally combines three research-based strategies (teacher modeling, repeated reading, and progress monitoring) into one powerful strategy that has accelerated the reading development of struggling students nationwide for over 20 years. Read Naturally Live is a web-based intervention that applies the research-based Read Naturally Strategy to accelerate reading achievement on a PC, Mac, Chrome Book or iPad. Visual and auditory prompts guide students through the motivating steps to develop fluency and phonics skills, support comprehension, and improve vocabulary.
The presentation will include an overview of the research-based Read Naturally Strategy and a software demonstration showing how a student works through the steps of Read Naturally Live.
